
Chamber member businesses were rocking-and-rolling at the Business Rock Stars Table Top Expo held May 31 at the Hampton Inn Suites in Camarillo. This was the first time the Camarillo Chamber has held a themed expo, and the staff and Board are quite pleased with the response.

Almost every booth had something special to set them apart from the rest. Whether sporting a Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville theme, a hard rocking grunge theme, 1950s Grease costumes, or rock star glasses and glitter hats, every participant came ready for a good time showing off their goods and services to other businesses and attendees.
But the expo wasn't just about fun and games. Chamber business expos are designed to help members make connections with potential clients and customers, encouraging both businesses and residents to shop locally to support our economy. The MusicFest will be held in the field behind 2220 E. Ventura Blvd adjacent to the Studio Channel Islands Art Studios (formerly Los Primeros School) and will feature music from the E Family featuring Sheila E and 2011 American Idol semi-finalist Kendra Chantelle.
