Key Biscayne is right outside of Miami, which makes it the perfect choice if you want to be low key

My travel experiences to Florida are largely made up of trips to Walt Disney World or Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando or boarding and disembarking from cruise ships in Ft. Lauderdale. Miami isn t a place I ve frequented and Florida s beaches compare airline fares aren t a place I m familiar with. But my travel to Key Biscayne at the outset of the summer, right outside of Miami on the Atlantic Coast, showed me I need to change that. Let me give you a little show and tell as to why.
I m not normally a 5-star resort type of a gal. But the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne Miami convinced me I may want to take my lodging up a few notches. What I can t capture here is their out of this world customer service.
compare airline fares Case in point? I got a crazy sunburn. You know, the kind that feels like you were scorched to the bone and makes it difficult to turn over in bed, let alone walk the next day. Upon learning about my predicament, the Ritz Carlton opened up its gift shop early (at 6:30 a.m. to be precise), delivered soothing aloe gel to my room, and later sent me a gift bag full of high end spa products for sun burn relief with a note saying, We re sorry our sun wasn t kind to you! Talk about building compare airline fares customer loyalty. Wow!
Since I was in Key Biscayne for the Mom 2.0 Summit and didn t rent a car, I ate on property during my stay. I highly recommend the Dune restaurant and its gourmet burgers the ahi tuna was my particular favorite. Also, the pina coladas were out of this world.
Key Biscayne is right outside of Miami, which makes it the perfect choice if you want to be low key and stay there the entire time or gives you options if you want to go into Miami or South Beach or visit the other Miami beaches.
