So, because the New York Dolls are what some would consider punk [ Edit: I consider it hot adult con

'Niagara Falls Frankie Angel' Mötley Crüe's Nikki Sixx and Tommy Lee recently discussed why the band had an apparent change of heart concerning those statements they've been making for years about how they'd never fucking tour with Poison fucking ever. And basically, we can thank the New York Dolls for that shift in opinion.
cheap travel packages caribbean "One of the things Mötley Crüe said was that we would never tour with Poison because we were sort of punk, heavy metal, glam [and] we came out of the very, very early '80s and took what we did very it was very important to us," said Sixx, making no fucking sense at all.
"And then, bands came after us and we wanted to kind of separate from them. And we had never planned on touring with any of the bands from that era. There was no animosity it was just that we put a very clear line. But when the [New York] Dolls signed on, it made it seem like it was the right time to do that this tour."
So, because the New York Dolls are what some would consider punk [ Edit: I consider it hot adult contemporary...and I love how Nikki calls 'em the Dolls -- douche ], it is alright to tour with Poison, and basically go against your own so-called standards?
It's OK to just shit on years and years of statements that you're cheap travel packages caribbean better than Poison [ Edit: Which is like saying Limp Bizkit is better than fucking P.O.D. -- they're the same fucking thing ] because the New York No One Cares Dolls are also on the bill? That makes no sense.
What does make sense is Mötley Crüe got a big fucking money offer for the tour, found out it was Poison, and figured, "Fuck it that's a good chunk of change, and who knows? Two years from now, we could all be dead," and then jumped up and did a group high-five before screaming, "Fuck yeah we'll do it."
