Tom joined Four Seasons in 1987 as Director of Housekeeping at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle. His journeys have taken him through Boston, Newport Beach and Las Vegas before he joined the team in Austin in 2002. Going back to Chicago brings Tom closer to his alma mater – Michigan State.

Felix began his career with us at Four Seasons Hotel London in 1993. He later held various positions in Istanbul, Chicago, Canary Wharf and Miami. Since 2005, Felix has been leading the operations of various hotels as Hotel Manager in Mexico City, Buenos Aires and most recently, Istanbul at the Bosphorus.

We are pleased to announce that Ann Armstrong will be joining Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia as the new Director of Marketing. Ann is joining us from Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita where she has spent the last seven years as Director of Marketing.

Katie began her career with Four Seasons almost fourteen years ago in Atlanta, moved on to Palm Beach and later to Newport Beach.
