I really like the Betjeman on a weekend afternoon. They often have games and books about Sir John Betjeman out by the sofas in the big room. I ve used it as a rainy day hangout a few times and it doesn t feel like a railway station pub. Having said that, I ve never tried the food, so I was interested to read your review as it always smells and looks great sounds like it might deliver less than it suggests
