Maintenance Helpers and Utility Engineers work to ensure the general maintenance and repair of IHR properties. The Crowne Plaza Milwaukee Airport is looking to hire an individual who can work in the role of full time Maintenance Support. This individual will need to have a flexible schedule treasure island hotel casino las vegas as days, nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
Maintenance Support will work with and help support treasure island hotel casino las vegas the Engineering team to help maintain the hotel including, but not limited to guest rooms, public areas, treasure island hotel casino las vegas restaurant and banquet space, treasure island hotel casino las vegas and the outside of the hotel. Primarily, this individual treasure island hotel casino las vegas will perform duties of a groundskeeper and handle guest requests in a courteous, efficient, and safe manner. This individual will also assist with guest room maintenance, per company and brand standards. Additional responsibilities could include, treasure island hotel casino las vegas but may not be limited to: maintain proper records; complete work order request forms; maintain mechanical areas; inspect public areas for burnt out light bulbs and other items that may need to be fixed; and any other duties, as assigned.
Candidates should have a high school diploma. Technical/vocational school preferred. Candidate should have knowledge of technical fields and/or prior experience in a similar maintenance position. Knowledge treasure island hotel casino las vegas of hand and power tools and other maintenance equipment required. Prior experience working in a hotel environment highly desired. This position requires excellent English communication skills, the ability to work in a team or independently, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, and decision making skills.
