Heading into final round play, the eighteen year old from Victoria sat three strokes back of Team Canada member Kevin Kwon who sat a -6 for the Championship. Broughton will play in the final pairing with Kwon and thirteen year old Henry Lee.

The club and zone team championships are held held concurrently with the first and second rounds of the Championship.
