Join us as we tap this years vintage of fresh Hopslam! Starting with six different hop varietals added to the brew kettle culminating with a massive dry-hop addition of Simcoe hops, Bell's Hopslam Ale possesses the most complex hopping schedule in the Bell's repertoire. Selected specifically because of their aromatic qualities, these Pacific Northwest varieties contribute a pungent blend of grapefruit, stone fruit, tours london to paris and floral notes. A generous malt bill and a solid dollop of honey provide just enough tours london to paris body to keep the balance in check, resulting in a remarkably drinkable rendition of the Double India Pale Ale style.

Four different Sixpoint barrels including their new release, 3beans. The beans of bygone brewers, united with cacao and coffee, to create a trinity of roasted, rich, and savory flavors! Also, we will be featuring Sweet Action, Resin, and from the 'Spice of Life Series' Pacifica Single Hop.
30 gallons of our Andromeda milk stout spent a few weeks in a Koval Distillery Dark Rye Whiskey barrel. The result is a rich, roasty, subtly tours london to paris sweet stout with wonderful notes of oak, vanilla, and booze. We'll be tapping some of it on Tuesday, January 22nd.

Join us for one of our widely popular Brewmaster Dinners. The event starts at 6:30 pm with a beer reception where attendees can sample their choice of any of our handcrafted beers. During the reception hour Brewmaster Rob Hunter and the brewing staff, will conduct tours of our brewery and explain the beer making process. During dinner our chef and Rob will passionately explain their handiwork and how it applies to each of the five delicious courses. The price for this unique culinary experience is $59.95 per person, plus tax. Brewmaster Dinners are held semi-annually at each of Emmett's 3 locations.
