Sag Harbor is a beautiful and historic waterfront town, two hours east of New York City on the east end of Long Island ("the Hamptons"). In addition carvinal cruise lines to picturesque scenery and classic New England architecture, Sag Harbor offers world class cultural activities - theater, restaurants, galleries, shopping, nightlife - as well as fabulous beaches, horseback riding, sailing, kayaking, fishing, golf, biking, nature walks and more. The house is located less than a mile from beautiful Foster Memorial/Long Beach in Sag Harbor on Noyac Bay, with great swimming, shelling, water-skiiing, wind-surfing, sailing, kayaking, carvinal cruise lines etc. It is also a five-to-ten minute drive from the spectacular ocean beaches in Bridgehampton and Sagaponack.

FALL /WINTER (October - December 18) $950 per night WINTER HOLIDAYS (December 18 - January 3) $1000 per night Prices are based 2 nights minimum. 3 night minimum holiday weekends (Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving), and are inclusive of all utilities, and 1 housekeeping carvinal cruise lines visit per week, plus pre- and post-rental cleaning/prep. Additional housekeeping may be arranged for additional charge. 20% discount for extended stays of one week or longer. (No discount available during July August)
