I was referring to Asian service in general, and I'm aware that not everyone traveling to Vegas is there for the gambling as it is also major convention destination. Viscount724 is correct. When I flew YVR - LAS on PR in July (see the link to my trip report above), MNL - LAS passengers were allowed to wait in the hold room at YVR while the aircraft was serviced.
