You will definitely get support from the company. The CEO will even call you on the weekend. I have had two Allegros and will be buying another. If you go to Red Bay for factory maintenance, the Piggly Wiggly has the best southern fried chicken we ever had.
Larry.........We purchased our 2008 40'Phaeton QDH in March of 2009. We had a few issues that we emailed california apartment rentals the company about. The owner, Bob Tiffin, called me Monday morning and we discussed the problem. He told me that I could take the Phaeton to any shop that I feel comfortable with, when the work is completed call him and he will pay for the repairs with his credit card. I did, he paid. He said, we built that coach and we will take care of it.
A few week ago we visited the factor in Red Bay, Al. We had an appointment and stayed 2 weeks in their campground. They took our Phaeton in the shop every morning at 7am and worked until 3pm. They took care of every concern that we had. I had 2 very small rock dings on the front, so what did they do? They painted the entire front and added Diamond Shield at no cost to me. I stayed 2 weeks, met the nicest people and only paid for accessories I had put on. All work was done under warranty. I cant see me having repairs or preventive maintenance service anywhere but Red Bay. You learn so much about your coach while you're there.
We had an 03 Phaeton for 4 years and yes Bob Tiffin and his sons stand behind their motorhomes 100%. After the first visit to Red Bay you will not even think of letting someone else touch your motorhome for a repair or update. We have an 06 Tiffin Zephyr now and just make an annual appointment for each fall so we go to Red Bay and have any minor repairs taken care of. When you are in Red Bay for repairs california apartment rentals they will let you in and out of your motorhome while they work on it so you can keep your pets with you in the motorhome california apartment rentals too. Here is one example of how they will do what it takes to keep a customer happy; our Sleep Number bed in the Zephyr (it was a year old when we bought it) had a broken zipper and Lazy Days Crown Club did not want to deal with it, said it was our problem to get fixed, Yikes. So on our first trip to Red Bay got a new top for the mattress with no questioned asked when they saw the broken zipper. Tiffin has survived the poor economy and his production is ramping up again and it will probably be the No. 1 selling california apartment rentals motorhome in 2010 until the others starting producing again. If we would ever trade in our 06 Zephyr it will be for another Zephyr. Good luck and you will be a very happy customer california apartment rentals if you buy Tiffin.

We spent a couple days at the factory in Red Bay a couple weeks ago. We took the tour and got a free night stay. While I think Red (the tour guide) is nice, the tour wasn't very informative. Don't get me wrong, we GREATLY enjoyed getting into the factory and watching the production. I was just disappointed in the information presented during the tour. It wasn't organized, some incorrect information was given, and we didn't know what we were looking at half the time. But we did enjoy the factory and will go there again.
Glad you decided on the Phaeton and I hope you love it as much as we did ours for 4 years. A friend of ours just bought the 36' also and compared to his Journey that was a 38' he has as much storage underneath and way more storage inside so he is just beaming and ready to travel big time. We were at the Red Bay facility about a month ago and their production is back to 8 units a day compared to 2 about a year ago, it was tough but they did survive the economy compared to so many other manufacturers. After you take possession of the RV and you go to Red Bay to have stuff tweaked take another tour on your own and ask where a 36' Phaeton is being built and then ask the tech all kinds of questions and it will make a lot of sense to you, they will always take the time to answer california apartment rentals all the questions you have and if they cannot answer them they will direct california apartment rentals you to the right person. In case you or your wife want any changes or additions to the RV many of the techs have a business on the side and will come to your RV after work hours to build or install or change what you want at a decent cost to you. We had changes on the Phaeton and Zephyr done this way and were never sorry we did. Good luck and hope to see you on the road.
Thanks on the words of encouragement. We ordered a 40' QTH Phaeton. It was actually already ordered california apartment rentals for the dealers lot. It was the colors and interior we wanted. Since it hadn't started california apartment rentals production california apartment rentals yet, we were allowed to have some options deleted. So we ended up ordering the coach the way we want, yet saved a month of waiting.
We didn't get back to the factory to watch it being built. We were busy with family at Disney World. As of today, it should be out of paint and in the fit and finish california apartment rentals section. Tiffin closed down for a week during the holidays. Delivery will probably be right before our website gathering at Tyndall AFB on the 20th. If it's too close to the 20th, we'll wait and return for delivery around the 23rd. But the delivery date is all speculation right now. Maybe we'll get lucky and they'll call for delivery next week. Okay, I can dream, can't I? I feel like a kid waiting for Santa.
