Tour Directors are based in Anchorage and must be able to travel for 4 to 16 days away from home base. Rail positions are primarily based in Anchorage. Onboard crew overnight in Fairbanks and accommodations are provided. Onboard crew must have excellent guest service skills and be able to work as a team in close quarters with 5 other crew members.
