Dollar Rental Car no longer exists for this Baby Boomer.  Failing to hold my prepaid 7 day car rental reservation when my flight s arrival time was delayed for 4 hrs. they wished me good luck getting another car, and called for the next customer in line.

Guess where I'm going with this?  Per the operations manager at Dollar the next day when I went into pick up my car:  "I understand ma'am, but unfortunately you were given the wrong information from our representative. We only hold prepaid vouchers like the one you have, until closing time of the day the rental was reserved for. You can try the other rental desks to see if any of them have a car.
One hot summer day, my 3 year old followed me around the house asking me to take her to a cat pool . Over and over, I heard the same request, Mommy, I wanna go to the cat pool.
